ELLA JOYCE
Q&A Work Study Booklet for students who attend
"A ROSE AMONG THORNS" ©
This Q&A Work Study Booklet was prepared for each student with important information about the life and legacy of Mother Rosa Parks, and the Civil Rights Movement. It is suggested that Sections A through E be given out before the performance, and Section F given out after the performance to discuss in your classrooms. It is requested that the students not have this packet during the show as it is obvious that pencils and papers would be distracting during the performance tempting students to make notes instead of watching the show. This booklet was designed to be easy in hopes of students learning and retaining simple important information about what they will experience through the theatrical performance.
At the end of this booklet is a portrait in pencil and graphite of Rosa Parks drawn and autographed by Ella Joyce, as a souvenir. (The spiral edges from the notebook are part of this Artist's signature.)
Ordering is safe, secure and privacy protected.
